New team members can be considered for new opportunities within Freedom Lasik after six months of employment. We also encourage and support job-related continuing education, allowing you to further expand your career options.
Time Off
We believe in a healthy balance of work and play. That is why we offer our full-time staff members the ability to earn up to 18 days of paid time off every year. As a valued member of our team, you will also be able to take advantage of seven days of annual paid holiday time.
Accelerated Trial Period
Many employers require you to go through a 3-month trial period before you are eligible for employee benefits. At Freedom Lasik, most insurance plans go into effect on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
